Legal Warranty

At Brit Trend, all products are covered by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Directive on Consumer Sales, which guarantee that products must be:

  • Fit for purpose

This means that all items you purchase from us include a 24-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects.


Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

  2. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

  3. For defective products, return shipping is always free.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Misuse, improper handling, or lack of proper care

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  3. Return Instructions: Our team will send you a prepaid return label if the claim is approved.

  4. Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund your item within a reasonable timeframe.
